Product Usage:

Blowing agent ADC is a blowing agent with the largest gas generation capacity, the best performance and a wide range of uses. It is used in synthetic materials such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyamide, ABC and various rubbers. Widely used in foaming of slippers, shoe soles, insoles, plastic wallpapers, ceilings, floor leather, artificial leather, heat insulation, sound insulation materials, etc. The foaming agent ADC has the characteristics of stable performance, non-flammable, non-polluting, non-toxic and tasteless, no corrosion to molds and no staining of products, adjustable decomposition temperature, and no influence on curing and molding speed. This product can be foamed under normal pressure or under pressure, and can be foamed evenly, with ideal pore structure.

Product physical and chemical properties:

Yellow powder, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, soluble in alkali, insoluble in alcohol, gasoline, benzene, pyridine and other organic solvents. The relative density is 1.65-1.66/cm3. Stable at room temperature.

Packaging and storage:

25kg lined with plastic bags and woven bags for external use. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse, away from heat sources, fire, prevent moisture, and keep away from acid and alkali. Avoid violent impact during transportation.
